We have adapted our working week and will be working remotely from the team office so we are able to follow government advice. Our working hours will remain the same until further notice and these are: Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm.
We understand that given the unprecedented situation we now find ourselves in, we recognise that it is important to provide our current clients with as much support as possible during these difficult times.
If you do require any specific advice regarding your policy, we would always recommend that you liaise direct with your current Medical Healthcare Insurance provider. However, we are here to offer you assistance if you are wishing to make alterations to your current policies.
We believe that Private Healthcare policies continue to provide great value and would like to take this opportunity to remind you of benefits such as the Remote GP Services, Health and Wellbeing Helplines and NHS Hospital Cash Benefits, which are available to most customers. Some providers are also providing direct support for those under their cover, who have contracted the Covid-19 virus.
May I take this opportunity to also acknowledge that lots of our current clients may be isolating in their home environment. This may offer the opportunity for people to review their personal financial circumstances (as well as finally decorate that downstairs cloakroom!).
