  • How do you make your money if you don't charge me a fee?
    Good question! We receive a renumeration directly from the provider. This is because as a broker we are in charge of making sure your policy is administered properly, suits your needs and you are looked after which effectively means that the provider will not have to pay Support and service staff wages and risk a policy not preforming for their clients due to not understanding what options they have chosen.
  • How do I make a complaint?
    If you wish to register a complaint, please write to complaints@assure-u.com or telephone 03300 100 441. A summary of our internal complaints handling procedures for the reasonable and prompt handling of complaints is available on request and if you cannot settle your complaint with us, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service at www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk or by contacting them on 0800 023 4 567.”
